As part of the tasks after moving your site to HTTPS secure versions, we should also make HTTPS URL as the default URL in your Google Analytics, especially if you have AdSense programs.

How to Set HTTPS URL as your default in Google Analytics
Go to your Google Analytics.
We will be changing the default url for both the Property and View settings.
Select the account (site) you want to deal with.
Select Property >> Property Settings >> Default URL >> https:// >> Save
Click the backward button to return to the 3-panel view:
Next we change the default URL in View Settings.
Select View >> View Settings >> Default URL >> https:// >> Save
