There are times when you need to know a WordPress post id. For example, some of the plugins may ask for that so that you can include or exclude certain posts for specific behaviours.
So where is the WordPress post id?
The easiest way to find it is:
Log into your WP (WordPress) admin area >> Posts >> All Posts
You will see a listing of all your posts.
Just hover your mouse over the specific post (for which you want the post id).
When you hover, look towards the bottom left of screen. A little status info bar will appear.

Where you see “?post=” and then some numbers, the numbers is your WordPress post ID.
