Drupal Submitted by info You can removed/hide the "submitted by .." infomation by 'content type'. In Drupal, main 'content types' are 'blog entry', 'book page', 'page', 'story'. That means that if you do not want this "submitted by .." info to show for all "page" type entries, then you can easily choose to do so.

Your content types are found in:
Administer > Content Management > Content Types

Hide "submitted by .." information

remove Drupal submitted by
Go to:
Administer > Site Building > Themes > Configure[tab] > Global Settings
On the right-hand side, you will see "Display post information on" box.
Untick all the content types for which you do not want the "Submitted by .." info to be displayed.
