GetResponse – How to Export List of Subscribers: I find GetResponse user interface confusing. Even after all this time. So this short tutorial shows how to find your relevant list of subscribers and how to export them into a .csv file.

Note: GR calls your subscribers “contacts”.

Log into your GetResponse (GR) account.
Go Contacts (top of dashboard) >> Search Contacts

Dashboard >> Contacts >> Search Contacts

 

On the Search Contacts from >> click Advanced Search

In the additional search fields that appear, select the relevant Campaign that has the list of subscribers you want to export.

Note: all the campaigns are selected by default.  Unselect all except the campaign you want.
Then click “Show Contacts”

On the next page,

(tick) Choose All >> Actions >> Export

Get Response – export list of subscribers

Next, name the file to be exported. Click Export button.

Note: you can change the format but .csv files are one of the most commonly used.

Then you can download the exported file that appears.
