Create Footer Navigation Menu for Drupal

The aim here is to make a footer navigation in Drupal so that I can move some important but infrequently used links to the bottom of the page.

I want the result to be something like this:

appearing at the bottom of my pages.

Drupal Content

Popular Content Block

An interesting and useful block that comes with Drupal is the Popular Content Block which allows you to display your Drupal content that are most popular. With this block enabled and placed in region of your choice, you can display a specified number of Today's Most Popular, All Time Most Popular, and even Most Recently Viewed (or Last Viewed).
