First Blog - why this site is here

As my first blog ever and on my own site .. well it is both exciting and frighteneing. What I want to address here is why this site has come into being: Why 'netwebbing'? This site (started a long time ago when I was fumbling with the net and there was no Drupal!) originated from my need to have a place I can organize notes and things I learnt or read. Specifically a Quick Reference kind of place. This site is meant to cover things-technical - like scripting and web authoring. Software and graphics programs that are popular. Online systems like osCommerce, Drupal, etc. And of course, technical terms and glossary. I have found it very useful to have my own notes and hope that any visitor will find it useful too. Enjoy! p/s I am just starting out on Drupal and am learning while trying to populate this site. So there is not much content here yet. But there will be.
