Recently when I went looking, I found that my Fantastico had disappeared.  If that happens to you, look for Softaculous instead.  This is a replacement for (and supposedly better than) Fantastico. Your hosting provider might have changed to Softaculous without letting you know.

It will do just about the same thing as Fantastico did.
